Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Archonium LLC, trading as No Show, a company in the United States of America. Archonium LLC operates NOSHOW and noshow.gg. If you use the website, the game, or the shop, you accept these terms.

Acceptance of these terms is not consent for extra privacy uses. Read the Privacy notice for how data is used. You must also accept the current in-game terms packet before you play the pre-alpha game.

Who may use the service

You must be 13 or older to use the website and the pre-alpha game. In a country or region of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be 16 or older. The service is offered to international players. Availability in a place does not mean the service is lawful for every person in that place. Do not use the service if local law forbids it.

Your account

A registered account uses your email address and a six-digit code. Clerk checks the email and the code. Keep access to that email address safe.

Phone verification is required for text chat and voice. It is not required for ordinary gameplay.

You can close a registered account. Closure ends future access and cannot be reopened by self-service. Account closure is not a full deletion of personal data. Read the Privacy notice for what is removed and what can remain.

The game

NOSHOW is free to play. Archonium LLC can change, suspend, or stop the game or a feature. The pre-alpha game can change, stop, reset, or lose availability. Those changes do not remove rights that the law does not let us remove. If you buy digital content as a consumer, you keep the quality, fitness, and description rights that the law gives you.

Gameplay experience sharing is part of play. The game uses anonymous play progress to improve the service.

Text chat and voice

Text chat and voice need a verified phone number. Voice is live to eligible nearby players. The service does not store voice audio. Accepted text chat is stored. Voice distance uses game-world coordinates. That is not real-world geolocation.

Virtual goods and NSC

NSC stays on your account. NSC and virtual goods have no money value outside the game. You cannot gift, transfer, cash out, or resell NSC. Unused NSC does not expire. NSC does not buy combat power.

Purchases

Tebex is the seller and the Merchant of Record for each real-money purchase. If you live in the United States and pay by credit or debit card, the seller is Tebex Inc. In all other cases, the seller is Tebex Limited. The Tebex checkout shows which company sells to you. Tebex operates checkout and processes the payment. A player under 18 must get permission from a parent or guardian before a purchase.

Read the Tebex Limited checkout terms, the Tebex Inc checkout terms, and the Tebex privacy policy. Archonium LLC adds the items to your NOSHOW account after Tebex confirms payment. No Show does not collect or store card or bank data. Read the refund rules on the Refunds page.

Conduct

Do not cheat, use exploits, or attack the service. Do not harass other players. Archonium LLC can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not let us remove. If a law where you live gives extra consumer rights, those rights stay. These terms do not name a governing court or an arbitration process.

Changes to these terms

Archonium LLC can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Before you enter the pre-alpha game, you must accept the current in-game terms.
