Include this information

• Your account email address, if you have a registered account.
• Your player name.
• What happened, and when it happened.
• For a purchase problem, the transaction identifier from your Tebex receipt.

Sign-in help

Registered sign-in sends a six-digit code to your email address. If the code does not arrive, look in your spam folder.

Account closure and data requests

Account closure is permanent. Closure is not the same as a deletion request. If you want to close the account, say that you want permanent closure. If you want to see, correct, or delete data, say what you want us to do. A missing self-service form does not remove rights that the law gives you.

Purchase help

Tebex is the seller and the Merchant of Record for each real-money purchase. If you live in the United States and pay by credit or debit card, the seller is Tebex Inc. In all other cases, the seller is Tebex Limited.

For a payment, a receipt, or a refund, use the Tebex contact page. Include the transaction identifier from your Tebex receipt. For a missing item or an account problem, write to [email protected].
