Refunds

Tebex is the seller and the Merchant of Record for each real-money purchase. If you live in the United States and pay by credit or debit card, the seller is Tebex Inc. In all other cases, the seller is Tebex Limited. The Tebex checkout shows which company sells to you. Tebex operates checkout and processes payments. Items are added after payment is confirmed. No Show does not collect or store card or bank data.

Refund policy

Tebex handles refund requests under the Tebex checkout terms for your seller. Read the Tebex Limited terms and the Tebex Inc terms. Those terms say that a purchase is final. The Tebex Limited terms make an exception where consumer law requires a refund. They also describe the right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union. The NOSHOW team can also refund a purchase through Tebex.

One-time purchases

The Founder Pack is a one-time purchase.

Supporter Membership

The one-month membership renews each month while it is active. One successful monthly charge covers one month and adds 200 NSC. You can cancel a monthly membership. A cancellation stops future monthly charges. A cancellation does not end benefits before that month ends.

The three-month membership and the one-year membership are prepaid. One payment covers the full term. These memberships do not renew, and they have no future charges to cancel. The membership ends when its term ends.

A three-month or one-year membership adds 200 NSC when payment is confirmed. It then adds 200 NSC at the start of each later month of its term.

Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks

A refund, reversal, or chargeback removes the benefits from its transaction. This includes NSC, titles, and items from that transaction. A payment reversal does not block ordinary gameplay by itself.

For a three-month or one-year membership, a refund, reversal, or chargeback also cancels the monthly NSC that is not added yet.

If your NSC balance is lower than the NSC from a reversed payment, your NSC balance goes to zero. The rest is an NSC debt. The next NSC that you get pays the debt first. A debt blocks NSC purchases until it is paid. A debt does not block gameplay or sign-in. A good that you bought with NSC stays yours.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this notice removes refund rights that the law does not let us remove. If a law where you live gives extra consumer remedies, those remedies stay.
